Assess
Before adding AI to a workflow, score the workflow: frequency, time cost, error cost, and how well the output can be judged. Anything low-frequency and hard to judge is a poor first candidate.
Implement
Implementation means one owner, one prompt, one artifact. If two people run the workflow differently, you have two systems and neither improves.
Measure
Measure the thing you claimed to fix. Hours saved, cycle time, conversion — pick one number and review it weekly inside your workspace.
